We are human and we make mistakes. We will do our best to satisfy you if it is a reasonable request. We may re-make a food for you, refund you or replace a food at the discretion of management.
Shipping times vary. Please let us know if you have an unusual need for a product to be rushed; do not order when you are almost out of food. We make food fresh and sometimes to order.
